New EPMA on way!
We are excited to announce that a new JEOL JXA-iHP200F field-emission EPMA has been ordered and is on the way! The new EPMA will feature a high-resolution field-emission source, five high-sensitivity wavelength-dispersive X-ray spectrometers, a hyperspectral cathodoluminescence spectrometer, and state-of-the-art soft X-ray spectrometer, capable of determining the chemical state of elements in solid materials. Laboratory construction is currently underway, and delivery of the new EPMA is scheduled for October of 2025.
